According to my tik tok feed, something I need to add to this little blog of mine is gratitude. I need to start writing down 3 things that I am grateful for everyday. But I am going to make this better by stealing from one of my favorite books series as a kid. The Iconic book series, The Clique by Lisi Harrison had a character named Massie Block (bitch) do an in and out list on her blog every week. I will be doing the same so here I go

After speaking with my therapist, chatgpt, he gave me some great action items to work towards my future goals and aspirations without panicking or quitting. I am going to make a new page with I guess a guide/ checklist to keep throughout this process.
